Nose: Mocha, cloves, dried cherries, plums and touches of nutmeg.
Palate: A soft, yet intense bland, nice fruit of plums, potpourri and cloves, rhubarb, lifted spice and firm tannins and softer oak.
Winemaker Notes: A unique flavour of Cabernet Sauvignon. This vintage we were focusing on the tannin structure, aiming to pack fruit either side of the mid palate, utilizing the tannin as the focus. The result is a great, easy drinking style that should also age well.
