  • Our grape was harvested and crushed in 2018 near Murray River, South Australia. After 24 month aging process, we bottled in 2020 . Our winemaker is a master of wine that know how to bring out the best flavor of our grapes.

     

    Colour

    Deep red with earthy hues.


    Nose

    Strong regional characters with leafy, minty characters combined with earthy, dusty notes. The fruit profile shows mulberry and blackcurrant aromas.

     

    Palate

    This Cabernet Sauvignon has rich, ripe cassis berry and minty leaf characters. Firm velvety tannins give length and structure creating a wonderful lingering mouthfeel.

     

    Cellaring Potential

    This wine can be enjoyed now, but also has the ability to mature in bottle for 5-8 years.

     

    Serving Suggestion

    Stewed beef, BBQ or lamb.
